Job description
We are looking for an experienced site manager to oversee and monitor our high-end villa projects. You will be the key link between the various parties involved to ensure that work is synchronised and that deadlines, budgets and quality requirements are met.
Your tasks
– Organise, plan and coordinate on-site operations
– Supervise the progress of each stage
– Manage relationships with subcontractors, architects and clients
– Control the quality of the work
– Monitor the administrative and financial aspects of the project
– Ensure that deadlines, norms and luxury standards are met
Required profile
– Solid experience in managing and coordinating construction projects
– In-depth knowledge of the techniques and materials used in the construction of luxury villas
– Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
– Autonomy, rigour
– Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
– Driving licence essential
– Professional English
