Job description

As part of its growth, Cantalux Coordination is recruiting an experienced Site Construction Manager / Works Supervisor (MOEX / OPC) to oversee high-end villa projects in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
As the true conductor of the construction site, you will be the key link between clients, architects, engineering firms and contractors, ensuring the smooth coordination of works and strict compliance with deadlines, budgets and high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, schedule and coordinate all on-site operations
• Manage works execution (MOEX) and OPC project coordination
• Supervise progress at every stage of construction
• Lead site meetings and ensure regular reporting
• Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, architects and clients
• Control quality, compliance with regulations and luxury standards
• Monitor administrative and financial aspects of projects
• Ensure adherence to schedules and anticipate risks
• Strong on-site presence required (position based on site)

Required profile

• Proven experience in works supervision, OPC coordination or construction management
• Excellent knowledge of techniques and materials related to high-end villa construction
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Autonomous, rigorous and highly responsible
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Strong client service mindset and professional attitude
• Professional level of English required
• Driving licence required
